Oireachtas Brief 15 covers the first meeting of the 31st Dail on 9th March 2011 until the end of March.  The outgoing Seanad met three times and a new Seanad will be elected at the end of April.  Oireachtas Brief 16 will cover the Dail from early April till Easter and will be issued in May.
