Administrative costs of the partnerships

Meantime, the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Phil Hogan, published details of the administrative costs of the partnerships, giving details of the allocation (first table) and the administrative costs (second table) (Dail Eireann, Debates, 12th March 2013, 119-121).  Administrative costs were capped at 33%, with the aim of reducing them to 25% by 2014.  [Editor’s comment: in the second table, administrative costs range from 24% in Waterford to 35% in Monaghan, but the table has a note defining ‘administration costs’ as including not only overhead costs, but salaries of the CEO, finance administrators and administrative support ‘related to management, implementation and coordination’]
