Code of practice for voluntary and community organizations

The Minister for Justice & Equality, Alan Shatter, told Terence Flanagan (FG, Dublin NE) and Derek Keating (FG, Dublin MW) that pending the implementation of the Charities Act, which was now deferred, he was encouraging voluntary and community organizations to follow the voluntary code of practice for fund-raising (Dail Eireann, Debates, 8th May 2012, 516; 15th May, 436-7).
