Discussions on Travellers and Habitual Residence Condition
The Minister for Social Protection, Joan Burton, told Caoimhghin O Caolain (SF, Cavan – Monaghan) that officials of her department had met with a representative group of Travellers to discuss, among other things, the impact of the Habitual Residence Condition on Traveller children (Dail Eireann, Debates, 12th June 2012, 211-212).
