Proportion of lottery of good causes
The Minister for Public Expenditure & Reform, Brendan Howlin, told Michael Colreavy (SF, Sligo Leitrim N) that the portion of lottery sales for good causes would remain at 30.5% (Dail Eireann, Debates, 13th June 2012, 475). In addition, there would be an upfront payment to the state to help build the new national children’s hospital.
